my recent stay in magdeburg was exceptional thanks to the friendly and competent staff at the mercure hotel plaza. they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, from providing quick check-in and check-out to recommending great nearby restaurants. the clean and comfortable room made for a peaceful night's sleep and refreshing morning shower.

Checking in was very simple and friendly. The extra charge for breakfast was unreasonable. Free parking is very easy to reach.

Expensive breakfast. Lighting in the room - you have to switch on and off each lamp at the lamp. There is no switch for it. The elevator on the fourth floor is very noisy.

The city centre is a good 2km away.

The room was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom. Friendly staff. Convenient tram stop. Nearby supermarkets. Good breakfast with a coffee machine. Quiet location.

I recently had a pleasant stay in a hotel close to the city center, conveniently located near a tram stop. It was easy to get around, although I did have a small inconvenience when trying to buy day cards from the machine near the stop. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep and a refreshing shower in the morning. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. the hotel offered a garage for parking, which was very convenient.

There was an issue with the TV in my room, but since I don't understand German, it was not a major problem for me.

Garden restaurant enclosed by 3 sides of the hotel. Underground parking/which was an extra charge but worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet suburb of the city, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to easily reach the town center by tram, which had a stop conveniently located near the hotel.

We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel's location, excellent service, and quality amenities truly enhanced our experience.

The hotel is easily reached from the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant had a grill night with live music which was nice. City center is easily reached by strassenbahn.

No free wifi and limited free parking.

There's possibility to choose type of room at Booked.net: twin or double. I wrote that I need twin but when arrived it was only double available. If I knew that before arrival I would change for another hotel for sure.
